چکیده
• Novel self-consistent theory for the excitation and reception of magnetostatic surface spin waves. Propagating wave spectroscopy employed on Ru/Co/Pt trilayer stacks compared with a novel theoretical model. de-embedding procedure to isolate pair coplanar line antennas from nano-fabricated feeding lines. We report propagating spin-wave measurements carried out nano-antenna devices made Si/SiO 2 /Ru(5nm)/Co(20)/Pt(5nm) film. The were analyzed in detail by employing newly developed modeling procedures. magnetic parameters film determined complementary Brillouin light scattering ferromagnetic resonance measurements. signals could be accounted quantitatively range externally applied fields investigated this study: 130-1500 Oe.
